About
Shelley Webster is an emerging artist from New South Wales, Australia. Having originally trained as a painter, Webster now primarily works with photographic media and alternative processes. Her work captures unusual aspects of light, and reflects on ways that we understand and process visual information.
Webster completed her BCA (Honours) at the University of Wollongong in 2015. In 2014, her body of work Transience was nominated for the Australian National Graduate Show held at Perth Institute of Contemporary Arts (PICA).
